Joomla template conversion

Hi, I need someone to do a conversion from a sliced psd to a Joomla 1.5 template. I had been in touch with someone on this forum who seemed interested but he has not been reliable in replying to me so I am not going to wait for him any longer. Please message me with pricing if you are interested in doing this work.
