    Hello,

After I clear the URL cache in sh404SEF, and then go to my directory the category links are wrong, I recive 404 error. I have to disable SH404SEF and click on the links and then re-enable it to get them to work again. Everytime it clear the cache it does this.

    Joomla - 1.5.11
    sh404sef - 1.0.20_Beta - build_237
    sobi2 - RC 2.9.2.1

    Thanks!

Are you making your sobi links aliases for sh404sef?

Not that familiar with sobi2 and it looks like a good component, but just at a brief glance, may not play well with sh404sef. Have you considered contacting them(sobi2 cs)?

Are you purging the SEF chace? AND did you enable in the Joomla config section the ht_config setting?

OK...Read my blog first of all...The same exact thing has happened to me....All you have to do is make sure that in your Global Config. joomla SEF is off...make sure evrything is off on those 3 radio buttons, then make sure SH404SEF uses mod rewrite (enable use of htaccess file in the config. options).....

Here I wrote a post on a by product of this.....you can run into crazy shit, I was getting the page to display and yet give a HTTP response 404 and lost all kinds of rankings...make sure you check that it is correct ...

    RECAP:
Disable SOBI2 sef plugin if you have it
Disable Joomla SEF in Global config.
ENABLE SH404SEF and make sure you use htaccess.

    All good.

If this helped you, please click the button in the top right corner of this post that looks like an old scale...I would like to gain some reputation :)
