    Hi,

I have a website www. chichester harbour .co .uk

That I want to get revamped and improved.

    The tasks are as follows...

*Move existing content to new joomla database on new server

*Install Vbulletin in sub-domain, port existing forum posts in fireboard to this, I will also require a new menu to be created within Vbulletin, installation of a sitemap module as well as an ads manager with several ad positions. The header and main top menu will need to closely match that of the Joomla site.

*Look at possibly displaying the latest forum posts on the homepage?

*Install new joomla template and adjust to match similar livery of existing site, I like the layout of this template http://www.demo.youjoomla.com/News_Line_1.0/

*Minor adjustment of Adsmanager to show £ rather than $
Possibly look at showing latest adverts on the homepage?

*Instalation of a reliable and fool proof banner advert management system, which would allow me to run targeted campaigns within certain pages or run of site on page impressions.

*Adapt news page templates to accomodate MPU banner within content.
I also want several other custom banner positions on the homepage an within other module - all of these to be managed from the above system.

*Email Newletter, I want an email subscription form to appear on the header of every page with a simple means for me to download the opt-in subscribers details.

*Video Player, I would like a branded video player for my site to allow me to either upload my own videos or embed 3rd party video such as Youtube, google etc to create a newsplayer.

*Breaking News/Weather Alert flasher. I would like to be able to activate a slim horizontal flashing bar a bit like as shown here tonight www.metcheck. com to dedicated content when required.

*SEO, I would like all page URL's to be SEO friendly and have good page titles with the option for me to manually adjust pagetitles and meta tags.

The way I see this working is that once I find a developer who can demonstrate an understanding of my project and can provide some examples of work I will pay 50% of the agreed amount in advance, the rest once job has been completed.

I suggest that as there is quite a lot of new items to add to the new site and we are encorporating a server move that we set-up a new site on the new server and get everything working there first before we change over.

Questions and quotes to me by PM please, I will hopefully appoint someone in the next few days. If you can provide examples of other projects I would be grateful.

I look forward to hearing from you.
