Joomla SEP Sitemap error

    I use SEP component on my joomla site , however, it works ok and converts the urls to html but the problem that Google gives me error once i submit the sitemap

    Line:
    280
    Parsing error
    We were unable to read your Sitemap. It may contain an entry we are unable to recognize. Please validate your Sitemap before resubmitting. [?] Date found: Apr 22, 2007
    Line:
    280
    Invalid URL
    This is not a valid URL. Please correct it and resubmit. [?]

    has anyone experienced something similar ?

    Make sure you include the entire URL, such as 
    http://www.example.com/sitemap.xml

    what do you mean ? when submitting the site map or what ? Google accepts and finds the location the sitemap , the thing is it stops submitting urls after a while due to that error.
