Joomla robots, are any of these more desirable to use?

    Are any of these specifically better for seo, "index, follow" or "no index, follow" or "no index, no follow" or "index, no follow" to keep the page juice? Or does it not do anything for SEO? This setting is alterable under "Global Configuration"

    Like for the other CMS . Here the most important is "Sh404SEF" .learn how to use it .Nothing more
