Do you know mods/extension which help me create menu by images, exactly rollover images
I've search on joomla but I cant found anything.

Or you can make the menu using something else and use "mod_html" to insert the menu into the CMS.

 

you can try menu category on joomla extensions site. there are too many menu related extensions on that category
