Joomla Problem

    Anyone has problems with joomla to add new sections? Everytime I enter the new section page a small yellow icon shows at the bottom of the browser. I m not allowed to enter anything within the description field and no button works. May anyone help me? thanks

    Note: I m using version 1.0.12

    Have u tried it on Firefox browser? or opera..your javascript seem to be disabled...working fine here with 1.0.12 though.

    Yeah probs were with IE. With firefox works fine :)

    I am still having some problems with joomla on firefox. When I try to edit the html or add a link within the description field a blank window is opening. How may I solve such a problem pls?

    I think I know what it is....check your config.php file.... see if you have www. before your URL

    Hi, I found the answer recently in a joomla forum beacause I had that problem too

    Its a hosting problem...you must open the configuration.php and in the line $mosConfig_live_site you must put the www or delete the www ... depends on what you have during the problem...
    then, try to submit an article and u'll see that works perfectly...;)

    this is very intresting problem . i'm using joomla for my sites . i have heard this problem for the first time .

    but i'm happy that you have found the solution
