    It will entirely depend on how they distribute the template. Some you buy a monthly/yearly subscription and have access to several templates. Others you buy the template and get a download link, or the download button is opened for use after payment.

    it better if you join a premium template membership website so that you will have access to many joomla templates. and downloading is easy just click on download bottom
