    In the two good CMSs which one is better Joomla! or Mambo? A poll is also made so please vote and tell a good reason :D

    Joomla. They were the same CMS until they split a few years ago. Since then, Joomla has excelled exponentially, whereas Mambo has made little movement. IMO, Joomla is the best CMS out there right after Wordpress.

    When I made my decision, a couple of years back, I had really struggled to find enough information about the two. I chose Joomla because of its history, the passion behind it (both programmers and loyal users), and comments from other users.

    I have no clue whether it was the better decision, but I do know that it's damn powerful. There's a steep learning curve, but once you've learned it, it's easy to use.

    Some of the better add-ons also have a steep learning curve, but are worth it.

    I dunno, I've heard good things but I just checked out their demo for the first time and the community link is busted. not such a good first impression =/

    i say joomla is pretty good. i didn't know that joomla and mambo were the same company, does anyone hav an article i can read abt the seperation?
