I think Wordpress is best compared to this two.
It's easy to install and use.
No need to have a good coding skills.

Drupal is completely engaged with coding, always programmers have lot to do with it. As a non technical user, no one will prefer Drupal. Joomla is also CMS for enterprise websites and corporate websites but assistance of any web development company is needed initially andhe above two in the mean time of template changes. It is your choice what to choose.

Apart from two, WordPress is also CMS. It is really handy to customize theme and manage website more easier. Consider it as one more option if you are a non technical user.

wordpress or drupal, don't take things for granted, I mean simple is very very important, once you have to consecutively maintain your sites, it's a load of work, if you really think you have adequate time and energy, and you're very sure you won't scale up ended up making couples of new sites, go drupal, move patiently, it's worth all the effort, many big sites made with drupal, simply google “top drupal sites” and all.

WordPress is comparatively easy to maintain in case you are not a good web master. Joomla is good but has a steep learning curve and many good add ons are costly. Drupal (from what I saw) is a cheaper alternative to Joomla but lacks many good add ons.
