    i would go for a clean theme at joomlart.com or something. Theres really no such thing as a medical template. The template representing medical would simply be clean. If you want to add images to it to make it "medical" then do so.

    joomlart has alot of dynamic simple joomla templates that could be turned medical.

    Search for joomla medical templates on Google and you'll find free ones. If you need a custom template, then hire a web designer to create it for you.
