This is exactly what i post in joomla forum but sadly no one reply. I do research in digital forum and not found.

I'm use Joomla1.0x. Use WAMP as a backend. I just learn and know a little bit about joomla.

    Situation:

I register mattxx007(any name/user) on my site with no error.

    Problem:

The user that i registered(mattxx007) before cannot login (I understand that the user must click activation code from email link).
How to fix this matter in localhost environment?
In 'User Manager' mattxx007 status are 'Enable' and Group 'Author'.

When i try to login using this username and it won't work, localhost says: Incorrect username or password. Please try again.(don't tell me that i'm wrong input)

    you created a fake user?

    you clicked activation link?

lol bidder log into your administrator backend the go to site/user manager and click on the red cross so that it turns green

Your user should be activated now
