I have been searching for few days now and can't seem to find a contact form that I can utilize as a lead generation form placed on the right column. Anyone know of any? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
You might search at Blackhatworld.com if you mean "lead" for a CPA offer or something like that, if that's not the "lead" then I don't know the right awnser for you.
Assuming any form can be used for 'lead generation' have a look at http://www.rsjoomla.com/joomla-components/rsform-pro.html (RS Form Pro). Allows you to have very configurable forms in content area or as a module which you could position on the right.
