Joomla Implementation

I have a site that was custom coded for me. The design is not the best and it only uses CSS templates. It is also a templated website. I would like to know if there is a way to implement this php/mysql code into a Joomla template. I would like all functions to work as they do now without the Joomla template, as well as the SEO url's that are used now, to stay intact. If you think you can do this please contact me for more details. I will be needing this done soon, and for a good price. Thanks!
