Joomla Image Gallery Extensions

I am working on a website that is built using joomla. The main feature of this site is going to be a photo gallery broken down into multiple categories. I need to find a good extensions that does this and I need the following features.

User Commenting
User Voting

Optional
User Sign-up to upload

Does anyone have any recommendations? Also I have been looking for a joomla consultant or possibly a partner for projects such as this so if you are interested please pm me your rates and experience.

I am installing this extensions now. It seems like it may work. I have already been through a dozen that haven't worked for whatever reason.

 

I use a Joomlart one. Works well.

 

I will look at that Romocop. Does it provide commenting and voting as well?

 

I'm using coppermine Photo Gallery

using component cpg_brigde to integrate both
