Joomla - How do I make certain pages NOfollow?

I want to make some pages nofollow.

For example, I have the blog category on my homepage. But then there's page2, page3, etc. All of those are showing in search engines. I don't need that because each of my articles are already indexed. How can I make those nofollow or not be crawled?

Also, how can I make menu links nofollow. Links such as the contact form and advertise page? I can't seem to figure it out.

    Thanks :]

That mambot doesn't work on menu items and it returns badly formatted tags. I don't want all my links on my site to be nofollow. I do those manually.

The better way is to use SEF and change the metadata of that pages.
    Good luck with it..
    Thanks..
