Hi, I am building my very first website and using joomla to do so. I sorta have an idea what is going on, but there are many things i am confused about in the admin area to develop the page. I have downloaded some extensions with hope that they will do the things I need. The site is http://www.socialcontentmanagement.com/ and it will require article submission editor boxes in order for writers to submit articles but also for publishers to place orders and make comments inside their completed articles to send back to the writers. I believe I have the right extension:JSeblod CCK-its a content construction kit, but I cannot seem to understand where or how to use it to develop the content submission areas. Other extensions: billets, artofuser--I wanted to play around with this and find a great color scheme for the site. The site is basically a site where clients can post their articles and keywords they need written on and the info about them then there will be a list for the writers to choose from to write on and they will need a way to submit it back. I thought I could figure out most of this, but even the extensions are not helping me much..im not technically inclined so the more details you can help with the better. Also, I was created links for the users to go to other pages of the site and when you click on them it gives me a host error 404 message...I dont think I can create the pages until I get this problem resolve. As I have been trying to unpublish areas of the original template this has caused problems with the look of the site and also getting those areas back to reedit. PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU CAN.
