[Joomla] Get titles of a specific Category/Section

    how can i get the list of the articles (titles only) from a specific category ?

    i tried joomla forum ... its useless ..

    any help ?

    yeah i saw that , forgot to mention that i have the 1.0.15 Joomla version :)
