    I don't know if this page is very current. It is still showing joomla 1.0.12, not the current 1.0.13. This is important because the new version addresses some significant security fixes. It seems like it was just a packed up Joomla system. You can get all the mods and components you need and just install them. It only takes a few minutes to install each one.
