Joomla Experts.. please help with .htaccess

I am stuck in creating .htaccess here

i need help of some joomla experts who can help me to name the internal pages like www(.)mysite.com/pagename.html.

I'm a bit confused... what exactly are you trying to do?

With Joomla, you need to do the following steps:
1) Rename the htaccess.txt file to .htaccess. Check that everything still works. If it doesn't, edit .htaccess and you will see basically two sections: one is commented out and the other is not. Switch the commenting around and see if that works now.

2) ONLY ONCE YOU HAVE .HTACCESS WORKING: go into your admin section and enable SEF URLs in your configuration. Check that everything still works.

3) ONLY ONCE YOU HAVE JOOMLA'S NATIVE SEF URLs WORKING: if you want to be able to define user friendly URLs, install openSEF.

You don't need to actually 'create' the htaccess file as it's all there, ready to use.

 

Hm.. Even if you code your rename your .htaccess file and enable the SEO link function in the administrator, your links will not look like this, but this: /view/123 etc...

To get the name and html extention at the end, you need to download component, either free ones or payed ones, and then rename your htaccess file.
