What template do you want customized? I have made several websites with joomla (from scratch) I even have a template that I created published in joomlahut the name is addressbook (although it's ugly because I did it as practice when I was starting) I can't put links to my portfolio with current work because I'm new in this forum, but if the template is easy I'll gladly help you.

I wish you good luck with that, because is against Google terms of service. If they find out your account could be closed. Although I guess that they'll give you a warning first (again, I guess) The people thay pay to place those ads want to sell something, if the visitors that click do it by mistake because they think that is a page in your site, you are causing the ad publishers to loose their money. That's why Google don't allow what you want to do.
thanx adris for ur valuable suggestion but am not violating the TOS am not telling to click on my ads but in a sense u r right... but,hey thats what everyone do....
