    I'm in search for a Joomla expert so that's the only reason I'm going to be commenting on your thread here.
    But setting up a basic joomla website is just about installing and it takes about 5 to 10 minutes.
    Adding extensions like blogs, forums and other is easier than installing a program on your windows!

    So don't go playing people as fools here, if you really think your time is worth $100 then you are mistaken, it's that simple my friend. Don't take this the wrong way because this is more of a heads up rather than bashing your advertisement.
