joomla database problem

    i got this from the support now

    We could see that the database solar_joomla causing overload on the server. We have disabled the database now. Please review the details below and get back to us with a resolution for this.

    no i just got more visitors to my site and it makes the site slow and takes more server resources . is there any tips to decrease database load ??

    Yes, but you probably will not like the answer. You can disable some plugins/extensions.

    Or goto phpmyadmin, select all tables and click on optimize.
    Are you using any stats addon?
    Delete the old stats in that case.

    how many times i need to optimizie tables through phpmyadmin monthly ?
    i just installed joomlastats lately but the db issue is old, also im using google analyhtics, what you mean by deleting the old stats !

    When we install add ons, and uninstall, and with regular use, databases get messy, and should be optimized from time to time. There's no definite period, it depends upon your site.

    No no, since you already deleted joomla stats, this isn't required. Did you also delete the tables for it in the db?

    i did not deleted joomla stats ! i just installed it 2 days ago since i have the database for 6 days im sure joomla stats is not the reason .

    probably one of your joomla extensions causes this. Upgrade Joomla and all the extensions to the latest versions! If you don't need somthing (plugin for example) deactivate it
