    CMS's like Joomla can be complicated and won't be able to be completely controlled using CSS (depending on what you want to do with it). Remember, CSS is only for adding style to existing X/HTML elements. I highly suggest that you learn tutorials on how to work with Joomla before you diddle around in it.

    you can try this url joomla template tutorial or search at google.com . It is highly recommend to learn joomla before you go to do anything with this stuff.
