Hi, I've started a joomla based site. It contains tourist informations and now I would like to create a hotels directory. I've been googleing for that component all day and no use. Maybe I'm using the wrong keywords to search it. Help. TNX.
I did compare them. But maybe first to mention that when I first started some jears ago I was loyal to PHPnuke and Post-Nuke. When the support for them dropped I started looking fr another CMS on the web and stumbled upon Joomla, and started using it. Some six months ago, I started working on a new project an had to choose CMS for it and started installing one by one and testing it. All of them had something useful but they wer not complete as Joomla for the projects I was running, and allso I allready have many modules and other addons I need for joomla. Maybe I just got to atached to it, but it is a great CMS and support and advices on the net you can find for it are unlimited.
you can use mosset (wihch is a paid component) or sobi2 (which is free component) for making a hotel direcotory
