joomla compnent developer needed

Please post here how much would you charge to make a Component for joomla and also provide support when joomla1.5 released(with few $).

I need a Component with following features:
1: Ability to post jobs as easy as com_content.
2: Allow Job Seekers Registration (resume upload)
3: Employers registration, view resume after registration, create jobs. to view unlimited profiles pay a nominal fee via paypal.
4: SEO friendly urls with joomsef.
5: List jobs in a table format with job posted title(linked), date, expiry date.
6: when clicked show users with job details and allow them to apply for it.
7: Back end job application can be sent using php mailer to employer mail id and store a copy in emplolers registered id if exists else ignore.

job portal component is already avaliable i guss , i will ask my fiend and give u more details.

I know jobline, but it does not suite me so well.
I have some custom features as well if you see.
