Joomla Blank - White Page Front and Backend

    Anyone with some help would be great. Thanks in advance :).

    The site has been working fine, I check it 2 days ago and it was fine. Today I checked it and both the front end and backend are both blank white pages. I viewed the page source code and there is nothing.

    I can’t login because there is a blank admin area so I can’t change the error report setting in the global config. I don’t know what to do please any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Try to upload a test php page with following code and see what it shows

    <?php
    echo "This is a test";
    ?>

    where do I place this php file? And what would I name it? There is still a index php in the root.

    Rather than worrying about Joomla's error reporting, find your server logs and check the errors.

    You could also reinstall your joomla core files and see if that fixes it.
