Joomla Backend offline, help!

    Hi

    I left for a holiday and came back and my site was offline. I cant even access the backend, it gives the usual Joomla site offline message (http://rurc.sport.ru.ac.za/administrator/index2.php if you want to check). I never turned the site offline and have checked the configuration.php file, the $mosConfig_offline = '0'. If anyone has any ideas i'd really appreciate your help its rather urgent. Thanks!

    Restart the mysql server and give it a try.

    I checked the database and reset it, and still the same problem :mad: ... Does anyone have any further suggestions?
