joomla and google

ok here is my question:

I have a website with joomla (CMS) installed.

Normaly I would have links like: www.mysite.com/view/22/ but I installed some module and now I have SE friendly links like: www.mysite.com/keyword-title.html

If I want to get backlinks to these pages do I have to post the first link (www.mysite.com/view/22/) or the second one (www.mysite.com/keyword-title.html) ?

I hope you understand what I mean

and what if I accidentaly change the link? the root link would be better in this case

 

Just use a keyword on page where you are posting a link.

Root is maybe better but if you aren't changing title of articles often you can post them as link and set up a 404 redirection to the main page

 

keyword link for sure.you havent ranked anymore for //22 link

 

yes the second one is better because it points to a specific file and not a root folder. its gains a couple of extra serp points
