Buying Joomla advice plus a job for joomla experts

    I have a current Joomla 1+ website I want to upgrade. As I want it install joomla 1.5+ and create a new look website, I would like to create the Joomla 1.5+ install in a subdirectory or test.website.com so that when completed, I can close down the old Joomla 1 website and make live the new website.

    What I need is advice as to the best and simplest way to do this - either in a sub-directory or as test.website.com. Plus, I will need someone with experience with Joomla to make live the new website when completed.

    Can a joomla expert provide the advice on the best way to do this and a price to make the website live when completed and the old website taken down. I have a vps with access via WHM and Cpanel plus FTP.
