    the latest version of joomla is joomla 1.5 rc1.

    most of the bugs that you mention has been fixed on rc1 and i hope the satble version of joomla will ready on september

    I have the similar problem...

    I've installed the Joomla 1.5 RC2 but the problem is with a lot of extra modules .. not work with 1.5....

    Can you helpme do downgrade? :confused:

    i use joomla on 1k unique visitors per day and it don't crash. Sometimes my server is down due to spiders. its a server with 500mb ram and 2.5GHz CPU.
