Buying Joomla 1.0 component programmer

    I want to build a support ticket component for joomla backend. The component is simple. It can add new, edit, and delete the support ticket. Fields in the support ticket are: user id that login, name of customer who complain, and complain message.

    It shouldn't depend on budget. It should depend on how long you can make it, and how much your rate is. If I have $ 1 million, then you are going to charge me $1 million?
