I'm sorry to tell you but you're banned for life. Register again but use other name & street (some friend). You will need a new domain too.
new domain, new identity, new address and new social security number, I've seen a friend use his wife's socially security with her maiden name with a different address and they found out just before a payment and banned the account.
it surprises me how many people dont read the rules. You could be banned for any number of reasons. And as google says its your responsibility to keep yourself informed. Legally as an individual you cannot re-register for adwords as you are banned. However.. a company is considered a separate legal entity in the eyes of the law... Pierce
why you don't send the email to ask them. Sometimes they can find out the reason for banning your account.
I agree. I got a couple clients back into the program by registering a small business in the state they live and then applying for An Employer Identification Number (EIN). Then apply for adsense in the business name.. If the business is registered to your home address. change it up a little by including Suite instead of apartment, or ground floor. If you live in a house you can use whatever you want. Its the same address. I've had clients got back in with this technique and going strong in Adsense for 2 years plus with tens of thousands of dollars in revenue

I recommend you don't use a different address or name since they could send the cheque to some random person and you won't ever get it
It surpsies me how many people don't read the rules as well. It also frustrates me that people don't create LEGITIMATE businesses rather then take the blackhat route. It's crimial in some ways. I'm not pointing a finger at anyone in particular but if the shoe fits.... As a legitimate business owner I am sick and tired of doing a search and having sites pull up that are nothing but frickin ads. Sorry, had to vent my $.02. Again, not pointing fingers unless it fits...
a person who has banned from adsense is not allowed to join adsense again. i'm sad for you but it's time to try the other ones
