Joined months ago but practically new

Hello everyone,

I joined a few months ago but I was really never active in the forums and hardly ever came to the site. I decided to come back and visit digital forum recently based on a friend's suggestion, and WOW, have I been missing out!

This forum is an incredible wealth of knowledge and I intend to be around a lot more know and hopefully contribute also.

I'm a real estate investor and I'm launching a membership site for real estate investors looking for cash flowing investment properties, so I think this forum is going to be really helpful in my launch.

No problem at all. When I signed up initially I think I had too many things going on and didn't realize what a great resource I had at my disposal at DP. But I'll make the most of it now : )
