Hopefully this is the right spot for this. Any help is greatly appreciated. I'm having a site built (outsourced) and I'm having the developer implement the ability to join via Facebook and the feature does not appear to be working properly. When the join via FB button is clicked the message, "(Name of my biz) will receive the following info: your public profile, friends list, exc." and the user has the option of clicking 'cancel' or 'okay'. When 'okay' is clicked the user is redirected to a blank page. You can see the attached screenshots to show what I'm referring to (FB02.jpeg is just a blank page which is what happens when okay is clicked). The info of the user attempting to join via FB in this scenario does not reflect in my admin (so I know it's not working properly). If I attempt to join again using the same Facebook account I do not get the message, "(Name of my biz) will receive the following info: your public profile, friends list, exc." and the developer tells me this has something to do with the Facebook API. Does anyone know if this is the case and if it is does anyone know if there is a way around this? I'm attempting to test this and if what the developer is telling me is true it means I need a new Facebook account each time I try to test this feature which is nearly impossible as I can only have so many FB accounts because of IP and the need to have each account verified with a phone number. Any help or direction is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
