    Hello Folks,

    i'm build an Web Development Team, will be arround 10-12 peoples at the moment.
    I will select best designers and programmers from DP

    1. Designers must be able to create:
    -Web 2.0 Layout /Template (Unique designs)
    -Logo (unique designs)
    -Stationery designs
    -Flyers, posters
    -Catalogue design
    -JPG /PNG to PSD fully layered
    -PSD to XHTML/CSS W3C Markup Validation Services+ Working in ALL browsers
    example: IE6+, Mozzila, Safari, Chrome etc..( not really require to know to code, but if you know it will be a plus )

    2. Programmers must know :
    *Important All cross-browser compatible!*

    -PSD to XHTML/CSS (W3C Markup Validation Services)
    -PSD to Wordpress
    -PSD to Joomla and (Magento will be a plus)
    -Capable to understand JS and (Ajax will be a plus)
    -For every more skill, will be an plus for you

    Point 1. Designers: Without Xhtml/css , if you cant do what i ask for please dont contact me
    Point 2. Programmers: if you know to do only xhtml/css, or only wordpress,or joomla,or magento, etc.. will not be a big problem, just contact me.

    *Important* Designer, or programmer who is able to do all my requirements listed up have 99% posibility to join in my team, 1% depindes on sample work or portfolio
