Hmm yes the Republicans have such a great record as of late. Cutting taxes, but increasing the government, increasing the deficit. Wish I could decrease my income base and increase my spending at the same time.

Someone is going to have to pay the bill someday, or we will end up being bankrupt which is already happening. Slightly decreasing taxes while increasing spending and the government is hardly a record to stand on.
Yet Obama gets much higher marks than the guy who admits he doesn't know much about the economy.

We also don't have that much oil that we can actually get to in order to reduce our dependence to any substantial degree. Not to forget that using up the oil we can get to will make us very possibly weaker in the long term.

--both sides suck, I do disagree with the points brought up above though.

    Hey Greg,

I'm not sure either candidate knows how to fix the economy, but I do know that Obama's social programs and "free" health care will only serve to increase the size of government and raise taxes.

If you are really interested, read this. I don't think it is just spin.

McCain would like to keep the Bush Tax cuts, trim pork, and reduce the size of government. Yes, I know, he is a Republican and so is George W. George makes us Republicans look bad. Republicans are supposed to be for small government.

John McCain on the View, attacked.

Barrack Obama on the View, "he's sexy".

Seems to me that the ladies on the View, save for Hasselback are not fit to be talk show hosts.

They're not reporters. Their job is to entertain disgruntled housewives. McCain didn't really need to go on there, it's not Meet the Press.

True Logicflux. I hope they arent expecting anyone besides leftwingers on their program for the foreseeable future. The lack of decorum and the fact that they all but gave Obama a blow job then treated McCain like an enemy of the state pretty much destroyed any impression they'll deal with such interviews respectfully. Saw clips of it on the news... pretty sad.

Oh well, what do you expect outta washed up hacks like the ones that attacked. Walters sold her soul and an ex-boyfriends rep to make more off her book, not like she's dripping with dignity these days. Behar never had any.... looked like a slimmer version of Rosie but with without as nice a mustache. Whole thing reminded me of when ODonnel invited Selleck on her show to plug a movie then all but tried to lynch him over his NRA ties. They seriously lost a lot of peoples respect by shamelessly pandering to the hard left.

Is it pandering or simply bringing out the truth about how the ads on McCain's side have been nothing more than lies?

I didn't watch either episode, from watching the ads here though McCain's ratings in my own personal opinion continue to go down. His ads are nothing more than fiction, most running here are attack ads and nothing more, sickening.

Obama's ads at least are usually positive and much more factual than McCain's, at least the ones being run here.

LOL! Wow! At least you guys are FINALLY admitting that the ladies on The View kicked his butt. Just imagine what will happen when he's actually president. I think President Bush would've done a better job on The View than him.

Not here they are not. Obama has run very positive ads, not lie filled in the least.

McCain's ads however lie both on the positive ads and his primary ads 'attack ads'.

Lies such as telling Washington no do the bridge to nowhere, Obama will raise all taxes, etc.

Hopefully for them Keith Olbermann doesn't have mono or something.

It was predictable though. It's always Liz vs The Cows when it comes to politics.

Yes, that they did. If picking on someone is kicking their ass, or bullying them, is "kicking their ass", I guess they did.

That's pretty big of them. But considering who they all are, it does not surprise me.

Of course they work for ABC, the ALL BARRACK CROWD.

No, they are not reporters. And yes, they are entertainers, trouble is they are not entertaining. The only time anyone hears about the view is because someone quotes it on a news station and replays out takes from a show with worse ratings than "Caveman" (though I thought that was a great show)

I guess you'll have to qualify that by showing us exactly what lies you are referring to. I've found just about every ad that McCain has put out to be not only truthful, but almost dead on in terms of factual presentation.

Really? Examples? I see the same ads you do.

GRIM are you on something? I'm serious... What are you taking?

Mia your bias is astounding, simply amazing.

Even Rove said McCain's ads are not honest.

Lies, I named just a few.

Palin told Washington no to the bridge to nowhere for starters?

Obama will increase taxes on everyone?

    Yeah those are not lies.

The ads are very good. Some people view the ads leaning farrrrrrrrr to the left.

He is running for the president of the United States. If the phone rings at 3am, we better hope it is not from the view.
