I dunno about Tyler but John Chow has a genuine alexa rank. I paid John $400 to review my site in september. The day the review was published it made my alexa rank to 9000 from 80,000 and i probably got around 5000 visits from his domain that week, plus more from sites like google Reader and other sources.
I was gonna ask the same thing. Im sure if I posted this I would be banned. I posted in a wrong category that I thought was right and still got red for it...haha This guy has posted his stupid links like 6 times. I havent and will not go to his site....Bogus!!
At first I thought he was trying to do some link bait, however, then I realized he had posted his same links in this thread three seperate times and now I know he's just a n00000b who will probably have some serious red rep very soon

LMAO I don't think Shoe really creates beefs for Adsense traffic. From the screenshots of stats he's posted on his site, I think he makes far more from his actual product sites and affiliate sites that he doesn't even disclose, than from Adsense. I'm pretty sure he's already stated before that his blog is a miniscule portion of his total revenue.

It seems mentioning John Chow on webmaster's sites has become the equivalent of the tabloid TV shows mentioning Britney or Paris. At least John keeps his underwear on (as far as I know).
