nothing he's doing is freud, he charges a decent amount of money for information that will be helpful for noobs. Its not like he's stealing homes from people.

He offers something useful to people == not a freud!

    ;) You know very well:

    A "freud" is a freaud.

A "Freud" is a bearded psychoanalyst.

"Matt Cutts" is not a Freud either.

    Hope this helps.

That is very sad. How hard did you try to learn? You have been using adsense since it came into existance and it took you that long to learn all that the adsense e-book has to say?

perhaps it was meant to look serious, to add another layer to the joke? Then of course, any reply would be another layer and thus make it a very deep and profound joke, and rather impenatrable @.@ :p

I have a question about cut-n-pasting AdSense earnings on promotional sales pages. I want to be clear I am not accusing Joel of doing anything wrong. I'm just asking a question because I am curious.

I see cut-n-paste jobs of AdSense earnings on many sites. Even though a lot of the particulars are blurred out, the sales page says the name of who the report belongs to. Is this against TOS?

For most of that time I just stuck it on the biz directory (16k pages) and called it good.

For the last 6 mo or so I began to do more experimenting to see if I could do better with it. But on a kind of casual basis as I had time.

When I saw results I got more serious and did some serious experimenting with placement and color and with the amount of other links and banners on the biz listing pages along with ultimately even changing the site design.

So It was sort of a casual process over the 2 years. It was not 2 years of intense work.

I just never considered that making changes like I did could affect the amount the sites could earn as much as it has.

To get there I have had to change the way I build the sites not just things like ad color etc but it was worth it.

I think the amount I was earning was pretty good right from the start so I really did not consider that it could be so much more by changing things around as I have now done so I had the attitude that if it's not broke don't go fixing it. Plus I just did not really have time to spend on it. Now I have learned it is worth the time to experiment and get it right.

    So 2 years it was.

I left a lot of $$ on the table for most of that time because I just never even considered changing page design with adsense as the main criteria.

I contacted Google before posting my earnings to make sure it was ok. I was given the go-ahead. They also said that while I could not share my specific impression and CTR stats that I COULD share them as a percentage increase or decrease. In other words, you can't say I went from 10 clicks to 100 clicks/day. But you CAN say that you had a 1000% increase in clicks.

I notice I have recieved some nagative feedback from my post of support for Joel. Saying I must be a fool to buy his products and to trust him. But i didn't buy his product. A free copy was donated after I explained my circumstanced and created

    http://helpjimbob.co.uk/

I believe that if Joel was a con, he would not have given me a free copy of his product, he would have just ignored me. Also, he has provided advice and suggestions when he could have just ignored me.

Peoples opinion on Joel is there own, however do not insult me for making my own judgement.
