Have heard many good things about joeant.com. Submitted several sites through the express submit (or whatever they call it - $40 per submit) and it's been almost two weeks but I haven't heard anything. They were super high quality sites, so I cannot imagine they were disapproved. Anyone have experience with how long it usually takes? Thanks!!
The website says: 'Guaranteed review within the next five business days. This service does not ensure that your submission will be accepted for inclusion in the JoeAnt.com' I would contact them if you have not heard from them.
Mnay times joe ant editors appear to be arrogant and they compare themselves with Dmoz. Try your luck for have a listing but I believe you might not gain much from SE perspective. Moreover, it depends on the whims and wills of the category editors to accept or edit your listing.
Even if you submitted to wrong category, once you paid they should send it to right category to approve your site. if you paid it than open support ticket or contact them to approve your site. We don't do that, we do respect our site submitter and even if they did submit to wrong, we approve it in right category, check spelling or any other error.
It took me 3-4 days to get listed there. I had got in touch with them through email got the submissions done. It'll get listed. Don't worry.
If you pay a fee, it usually takes 1 weeks or more than. If a fee is not required, it takes between 1 months and 3 months. I think you should contact the admin to solve your problem.
i think you should read the thread before responding - you might have seen that his problem was resolved.
Is it that easy to become an editor? Makes me wonder if maybe my sites were rejected because the editor had a competitive interest. Hmm... Oh well, if you can't beat 'em, join 'em...guess I'll fill out that editor application as well.
