Buying - JOBS VACANT - Any web/graphics/script designers/SEO etc., wanted

We are going to start a new company. So we have some job positions for you all to work online. we accept persons from any country all over the world. Please read the entire post before posting.

FIELDS:-

P1) WEB DESIGNERS : html,css,asp,asp.net, .net,vb.net,java,javascript, php, sql,vb etc.,
P2) GRAPHICS DESIGNERS : photoshop,flash, dreamweaver, wordpress, joomla, templates, phpbb, vbulletin, psd conversions etc.,
P3) OTHER SERVICES : SEO, marketing, e-commerce, forex trading etc.,

PROCEDURE:

1) We get all the informations of the applicants till march 17th.
2) Within March 20th, we filter some people and call for a conference meeting online.
3) There we provide some details and give some test or demo project to check the ability and judge them.
4) Once selected we will inform the entire process and projects and the job will be started within March end or April (depending on the volume of applicants).

REQUIREMENTS:

1) You should not work for a company(that is you should not be a worker or staff for a company). But you may be a owner or company, a team (limited to 10-15 persons).
2) Note that the approval or rejection of the application is based on the SOLE DISCRETION of our company. Any other appeals are not valid.
3) If we dont select you and finished entire selection process, dont be discouraged, we will again do a selection process during april 15th, where we remove unfit staffs and recruit the rejected applicants.
4) High preferance is given only for individuals, freshers. But anyone can apply.
5) You should apply only when you are expert in atleast 1 of the above fields. Any new field is highly appreciable!
6) The job vacancy will be updated here. Also the important dates etc.,
