    Kindly note that this is not an auction. I am taking offers for the following site and if I feel the price is in line with my expection's, then only I will sell it, or I will be happy developing it further.

    The site url is: http://www.jobsatdelhi.com Google PR3

    It's a new site, just 3 months old and has very less traffic. So earnings are too low.

    But I had no time to develop this site, though I have managed to get a decent number of backlinks to the site. You can do a search on msn for backlinks.

    And also do a "Google suggest" for terms: jobs at delhi

    - to know how many people search for that keywords.

    I think everybody here knows that Delhi is Capital of India :D :D

    I think with a little SEO this site can top at all search engines for that term as its in the domain.

    how much revenue u get from adsense and also are u using some sorta premade script for that or is it custom programmed

    I have mentioned in my first post itself that the site has very less traffic and I have put adsense from this month and it might get around $10 a month.

    And about the script, it is a premade script which was further customized and anybody who buys it can further customize it.(it's not a encrypted/protected script)

    And I do not believe in the calculation of earnings for one month multiplied by 10 bcos this site is new, just 3 months old and other things like the domain name importance should also be considered.

    However, I have changed my mind and am not going to sell it. I will be happy further developing it as the offers are too low.
