Jobs.net - Is this allowed in the Adsense TOS?

... because if it is, then I'm going to use it.

On the home page (www.jobs.net), at the bottom of what looks like the middle panel ... there is an Adsense block directly under the heading "Job Search Resources".

In fact, the Adsense block is the only thing under this heading.

I didn't think you could label Adsense blocks in this manner. Am I mistaken?

I'd appreciate any input from those of you knowledgeable in this area.

    Thank you.

Some very big sites can change google code.
I think you have to reach a certain amount of page views for that privilege.

If you want a terribly poor CTR with the chance Google may mail you in the future informing you you're breaking the TOS and should rectify it then copy what they're doing exactly.

Why do you care what jobs.net are doing?

looks illegal; i dont think that a premium publisher can use such heading, they can change the traditional lo0ok and feel of ads but this thing is not related to the code of ad..

I think Gooogle would ask them to remove that heading, they asked us to remove a "More Videos" header I had on our sites just above a 160x600 sidebar once a long time ago.
