I need a web developer who can create a website that allows visitors to enter any job and show only relevant jobs that allow applying via email only. The list of jobs should come from relevant feeds from Craigslist. Essentially, I'm looking for the same functionality as Indeed.com only the results should only be jobs that allow visitors to apply strictly via email.
