My URL is: pl.jobbaloon.com, ie.jobbaloon.com, us.jobbaloon.com, uk.jobbaloon.com .... index of all subdomain on jobbaloon.com Can I ask the experts for advice why google deindex my webpage from ranking? Website gradually loses positions in google. In GWT I have not received notification or information. I develop the content on the page and updates the contents of search engine, but traffic dropped by 95%. Can I ask for advice on how return to the organic results. Possible problems: Mobile version Internal linking Duplicate content ??? Screenshot and http://algoroo.com/ (25-29.08.2014) - maybe the problem is authorship?
Interesting. It remains me of my site. I have few sites which focus on publishing local job vacancies. While most of them get more traffic, One of them was having problem and lost almost all rankings. Look at the image below: I didn't notice the ranking drop because I have too many sites too manage at that time. At the end of the month, I realize one of my site was having problem. It looks like the site was 'slapped' by latest Google Algorithm. Since few months ago, Google actively update their Search Engine Algorithm to give better result for their user. Unfortunately, any site which already have good traffic may lose their ranking completely or gradually. I began checking the statistic and any change made to the site (even backlink and competition for the targeted keyword). Everything remain the same. Well, it seems Google want the site to have more visitor friendly posts. I change almost all the aspect of the site and within few days the site regain almost all of their rankings in targeted keywords (about 93% and acquire new ranking for some new keywords). I change: Re-Structure the site including the navigation (easy and user friendly navigation) Add more description to each listing/post. It is not repetitive and copy paste description. I made lots of research just to describe each listing in the site. Few paragraphs should be fine. It don't need to be a hundred or even thousands of words. Just describe each listing carefully by thinking on what visitor may ask when they read the listing/post. I used to write more than six hundreds of words per listing. Tips: Don't forget to use good heading (H1, H2, H3, H4, H5) if you decide to write long description. It will help both Search Engine and Visitors. Remove and Change lots of links. I used to have lots of links in homepage itself (around 93 and 15 footer links). I change the homepage to only show 14 links (and 7 footer links). - In the past, I have Link A1, Link A2, Link A3, Link B1 Link B2, Link B3,... (Link A1-3 based on each territory while B1 based on Most Wanted Job) - (Today) I change the homepage to only list 'Link A', 'Link B', 'Link C', and so on (Only seven link). When visitor open Link A, they would be able to few Link A1, Link A2, etc. I do have description attached for the page A and each listing (A1, A2,..) so the page have lots of useful information. I couldn't remember all of the changes but that is what I believe could bring back the ranking. Based on my experience, it needs lots of works to bring back the ranking. I do believe with lots of passion and efforts, the ranking would be back to normal in few days (2 - 6 days). Disclaimer: While the tips above work for me, I didn't say it will work for everyone. All the tips above are based on my experience and I do understand if my opinion could be wrong. Arick
No, authorship cannot be the issue here. Google no longer shows authorship and it is no longer a factor in Search Ranking. If your traffic dropped last week, then it is highly likely that your site was hit by Google Penguin 3.0. Penguin is Google Algo update that looks for suspicious, unnatural and low quality links. Google rolled out latest iteration in Penguin which was 3.0 last Friday. I suggest you check the backlink profile of your site; all the links. Filter out low quality, irrelevant, low authority, class C ip, unnatural and any such type of link. After that contact the owners of the site ask them to remove the link to your website or you can simply disavow the links using Google Disavow tool. However, if you are not careful in this process you might end up in disavowing even good quality links which could backfire. So be very extra careful. I'm sure it's not a penguin 3.0 because declines began some time ago around August. I put on a lot of unique articles eg. http://pl.jobbaloon.com/info/l-tychy http://pl.jobbaloon.com/info/l-rybnik 50 articles, but website not returned to their positions
In the month of August 2014? If so, Google dropped their Authorship and added https/ssl factor in Search Ranking factors. I doubt either of them was the cause as it is nearly impossible. It cannot be Panda so it is not the matter of putting out unique articles. Matt Cutts said duplicate content is rarely a reason of panelty. I still think it is Penguin. Since Google is always doing minor refreshes to their algorithm, it is possible your site was affected by that. I would still suggest that you analyze your backlink profile, I am sure it would be helpful.
I'm sure my bl is good because I have only content marketing and HQ BL. What should I do to back to high position? I have not received notification in GWT. What steps should I do SEO?
Here is what Google suggests in cases such as yours https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/35843?hl=en Read carefully.
I have not received notice of unnatural links, so I can not send: "Reconsideration Requests". Do you have any idea why other sites like Trovit, Careerjet not lost their positions, although the idea of action is the same like my website?
Look, I am not saying you received notice of unnatural links. It could be an error from Google's side that your website got penalized. You can directly contact Google in this regard or ask them through Reconsideration Request. Just give it a try mate.
Normally job sites buy lots of banners/text links from other well reputed sites. Did you buy any banner/text links? May be one or some of those websites replaced your ads with other ads as your agreement met the end date? Another reason could be you have too many inbound links for jobbaloon.com while very few for other sub-domains? Can you do one thing? Can you ask Google and try to get their answers and share their statement here? I know it sounds weird but we can learn from those answers. ** I just checked your website. It seems your website is taking too much time to load. You need to fix your footer © 2013 JobBaloon.com (put a link on JobBaloon.com) and make © 2014 ** You have subdomain links on your homepage. It's not opening in new tab. You can use target="_blank" in those links. ** When people are on your subdomain then how can they get back to your main domain? I didn't find home link on your subdomain.
You are welcome. You can check their support center: support.google.com They might not give you direct details but you might get some clue. Thanks and waiting to hear from you soon.
