Join forums like this and go to the section where peoples exchanging links, tell about your website and ask them for a link. 5. Submit articles for your website/project, do blog posts and get links from content. There are not so many responsibilities for a link building. Just work out for how to make more link exchanges as fast as possible. As someone who has been link building for ~5 years, you will not be able to justify the salary of the employee. They will just go to "linkMarket.com" and get you junk. It would be wiser to farm this out to the pros. They can get you the private PR 3, 4, and 5 you are looking for.
