What I am NOT Looking for: Someone who uses automated software Someone who SPAMS Someone who hasnt got a clue what they are on about Someone who has no knowledge on certain subjects. What I AM looking for is Someone I can trust Someone who I will pay more and more as time goes on Someone who is looking to make a good investment that will pay off over time. Someone who has a good knowledge on an array of subjects Someone who is native english speaking and has better grammer and spelling that me! Ok now down to what I want out of someone. I want a business partner, someone who will get paid more and more as time goes on. I have potentially 10+ websites I aim to have PR6 in the next 3-6 months and on the first page of google. All of these websites target a specific audience and have at least 50K Searches per month, some up to 400K. Now I am an experienced link builder in many ways, I offer directory submission services, have used article submission services, done blog commenting, press releases, blog posts etc. Now I can do all of this but not to the extent I would like. What I am looking for is someone who can build 100 -300 links per month to each one of my sites. The competition is low for all of these sites, and the one that is quite high I will get to number 1 in google. I can take care of directory submission/article submission/social bookmarking. I need someone who can has access to many forums or can access many forums for do follow signiture links. I also need someone experienced in blog commenting also, not the blog commenting like "thanks, great post" or even trickery like " your RSS isnt working" etc. I mean useful comments that contribute to conversation and actually reflect heavily what is said in the post. Experience in comment luv and keyword luv would be advantageous. My budget for this new job will be $300 per month. Its not the biggest of budgets, but if I see this person is doing a good job and rankings go up, as well as my efforts of course, then I will up this figure to $500. In the long run I will still need someone building links on these websites after 6 months. A smaller amount but I will need someone I can trust.
