We're looking for a reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable US based programmer who is willing to discuss the project by phone. We're a Texas based energy consulting company in the middle of developing a web site that will offer our services in a more retail and automated way. Our previous programmer worked indirectly for us through a project manager. That programmer disappeared and our project stopped. We're just looking for someone that we can depend on for the length of the project. We're willing to pay well for a person who can show that he/she is qualified and dependable.
