I'm posting this again to change the title which did not suit. I need someone to build a website (web design template + coding). I will add the content myself. An administrator should be able to add content anytime; to proceed I was thinking about implementing the Nucleus Blog CMS to create several simple Blogs (just need new news, archives and links) on the site.
