If the posts do not meet site standards, they will be deleted and you will be asked to stop working. Your posts should create user interest to be able to actively participate in forums since forum is new. If you exceed expectations, able to draw users attention, you will be rewarded with 25% extra bonus of the payment amount. Please send me PM with your Place, Education and any other references to consider you. Incomplete Pm's will be ignored. Please maintain 40/60 threads and posts ratio with 3 or more userid's.
